This controller is the result of more than 22 years of development and experience in many fields of industry and is sold to more than 57 countries around the world.  This controller is a PLC based controller with the following features: 10 Digital + 2D/A Inputs, 12 Transistor Outputs, Graphic STN LCD white LED backlight 2.4” screen, 20 including 10 user labeled keys, high-speed weight measurement, Auto-Tune PID, Recipe programs and data logging via data tables, SD card – log, back-up, clean and more, MODBUS protocol support, CANbus:  CANopen, UniCAN, Ports: supplied with 1 RS232/RS485; 2 ports may be added: 1 serial/Ethernet and/or 1CANbus.

By adding an Ethernet card to the controller you will be able to view shift reports (Bag sizes required, Actual weight, Discrepancies, Bags per min/shift and Totals), real time operating, alarms, current status even program the controller from your remote access point. We offer a service contract upon purchasing the controller for your convenience, the reporting software will be provided free of charge once the service contract is accepted. Additional features are e-mail for example e-mail shift report at end of shift, SMS messaging when the production line stands for to long and many more features.
