Case Packer

 

Case packer is based on robotic technology, with servomotors and encoders on the main axis. The path described by the gripper is simple, fast and accurate, allowing for smooth insertion of bottles into the case, without vibration or rough side movements. The performance efficiency is guaranteed in the long term by using excellent quality materials, and the great care employed during the mechanical design. We have the possibility to equip the machine with a self-adjusting gripper that allows working with different container formats and position them within cases of different dimensions.

 

 

This type of gripper does not need to be replaced when changing formats: just select the desired format on the control screen and the gripper will automatically adjust itself

driven by means of internal motors.
