The precision built sewing machine is not only the fastest bag closing machine but also the most versatile of all heads currently available.  Suitable for closing paper, pp woven cloth, jute and in fact every type of open mouthed sack. The DS - 9, running smoothly at its maximum speed of 2700 R.P.M., leads to higher production and greater cost efficiency.  The oil bath lubrication system is enclosed and completely maintenance free; due to this unique but simple system, no oil pump or oil pipes are used.  Moving parts are sealed against dust ensuring maximum productivity and minimal service.

Sewing Machine Heads (Twin Seam)

Two Needle, Plain Feed, Flat Bed, Four Thread Train Stitch Machine for seaming and hemming of light to heavy weight fabric such as PP/PE woven cloth or jute bags.  This model is a variation and effects a twin seam with two each of needles and loopers.

Recommended when strong seam is required. Can be used as a single needle machine by simply removing one of the needles.

Sewing Machine Heads (Single Seam)

Single Needle, Flat Bed, Double Thread Chain Stitch Machine for seaming and hemming of light to heavy duty weight material such as multi-wall paper, PP/PE woven cloth, jute bags, etc.. Single thread chain stitch is available by replacing some parts.  Standard Model DKN-1 has upper and lower feed, while lower feed only (plain feed) is available by Model DKN-1BP

 Three Thread Over seaming Stitch Machine

Single Needle, Plain Feed, Flat Bed, Three Thread Over seaming Stitch Machine for over edging carpets, rugs, etc (HR-4A). Model HR-4B is designed for two thread over seaming stitch. Curved line sewing and small circles are available by HR-4AC and HR-4BC. Extra heavy duty machine designed especially for over edging very thick carpets with wide over seam width up to 12mm.
